The Calèma project was born from the vision of a family that combines design and sustainability. This family endeavor was made possible thanks to two parents working in the renewable energy sector and two daughters who specialize in design. The goal is to offer a unique stay experience that respects the environment and is deeply connected to the natural beauty of the surrounding area.
Each apartment has been designed to be completely plastic-free, using natural, reusable, and biodegradable materials to ensure minimal impact on the local ecosystem. The energy that powers the entire property comes from photovoltaic panels, contributing to a sustainable tourism model that promotes the use of renewable resources.
The aesthetics and interior design of the apartments are the result of the creativity of the daughters, who have successfully blended functionality and beauty into an elegant and contemporary style inspired by local traditions and the surrounding landscape. Every detail—from the choice of colors to the layout of the spaces—is crafted to offer a relaxing and comfortable experience, always with sustainability in mind.
The project’s communication reflects these values: transparent, clear, and mindful, inviting guests to live in harmony with the environment and to rediscover the beauty of more responsible tourism. A unique experience, where every corner of the apartments tells the story of the family’s passion for design, innovation, and sustainability.
